By using SSmith-DayZ ("the Bot"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Bot.

2. Bot Usage

The Bot provides various features, including but not limited to:

  • Discord Economy Features: Managing in-app currency, transactions, and other economy-related activities.
  • DayZ Automation: Automating tasks within DayZ, including but not limited to notifications, event management, and player monitoring.
  • DayZ Server Management: Assisting with the management of DayZ servers, including administrative tasks, user management, and server monitoring.
  • Additional Features: Various other tools and functionalities designed to enhance your Discord server experience.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, Discord's Community Guidelines, and any specific rules set by your server administrators while using the Bot.
  • Proper Use: You agree to use the Bot only for its intended purposes. Any misuse or attempt to exploit the Bot's features may result in termination of access.

4. Data Collection and Usage

  • User Data: The Bot may collect certain information, such as your Discord User ID and other data necessary for the operation of the Bot's features, including economy balance, DayZ server interactions, and automation tasks.
  • Data Security: We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge and accept this risk.
  • No Data Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your data to third parties, except as required by law or necessary to provide the Bot's services.

5. Termination of Access

  • Breach of Terms: If you violate these Terms or misuse the Bot, we reserve the right to terminate your access without prior notice.
  • Service Discontinuation: We reserve the right to discontinue the Bot or its services at any time, with or without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • No Warranties: The Bot is provided "as is," without any warranties or guarantees regarding its performance, accuracy, or availability.
  • Liability: We shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Bot, including data loss, service interruptions, or security breaches.

7. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If significant changes are made, users will be notified by updating the date at the top of these Terms or through an announcement in your Discord server.
